Overview
Paying Property Taxes Through eBilling
The Town of Watson Lake’s eBilling platform allows residents to access
online payment options for property taxes. Before proceeding, residents
should review the property tax payment guide and make sure they have the
required information from their property tax notice.
The guide explains how to register or link your account, where to select
the property tax account type, and where to enter the required roll number
and access/PIN code.
Secure Site Notice
The eBilling portal is accessed through
ebilling.watsonlake.ca, which is a Town of Watson Lake
subdomain separate from the main municipal website.
Before entering personal, property, or payment information, please confirm
that your browser is showing the correct secure address:
https://ebilling.watsonlake.ca.
Residents are responsible for ensuring they are using the correct website,
a trusted device, and a secure internet connection. Please do not continue
if your browser displays security warnings, if the website address appears
incorrect, or if you accessed the portal through an unofficial or suspicious
link.
Important Payment Notice

you must pay the full property tax amount shown.
This applies even if you may be eligible for the Yukon Government Home
Owners Grant and/or the Town of Watson Lake Seniors Homeowners Grant.
Eligible residents may still apply for grants separately using the

applicable grant process separately.
Yukon Government Home Owners Grant
Residents who are eligible can still claim the Yukon Government Home
Owners Grant by applying directly through the Government of Yukon.
This grant may help reduce the property tax paid on an eligible
principal residence.
Please review the Government of Yukon’s current eligibility requirements,
deadlines, and application instructions before applying.
